Kimmy Schenter

Kimmy Schenter is a seasoned professional in the field of color innovation and design, with extensive experience at Nike since January 1997, where roles have included Global Color Operations, Global Color Manager for Footwear, and Global Color Manager for Apparel. Additionally, Kimmy has been an instructor at the Portland Fashion Institute since May 2016, teaching a comprehensive course on Color Theory that covers the industry color process from inspiration to manufacture. Earlier career experience includes positions as an Application Specialist at X-Rite, Denim Finish Innovator at GUESS?, Inc., and Dye Lab Manager at City Dyeing and Finishing. Kimmy holds a Master's degree in Textile Chemistry from the University of California, Davis, a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising from California State University, Northridge, and additional degrees in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Washington.
