Niki Finck

Niki Finck is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and intellectual property. Currently serving as Senior Lead, Litigation Specialist at Under Armour since January 2016, Niki conducts factual investigations, manages document collections, and oversees litigation budgets. Previously, Niki held roles as Senior Paralegal for Litigation and Intellectual Property at eBay and as an Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal at Volpe and Koenig, P.C., where responsibilities included managing complex cases, conducting research, and coordinating discovery responses. Niki also has experience in family law and workers' compensation and holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy with a focus on Pre-Law Studies from Penn State University, along with an associate degree in Legal Assistance from HACC.
