Shirley Xu

Shirley Xu is an HR professional with extensive experience in the Asia-Pacific region, currently serving as Senior Director of HR for Under Armour since January 2016, following progressive roles including Director and Senior Manager of HR Business Partner for China. Prior to joining Under Armour, Shirley worked at adidas from February 2011 to January 2016, where responsibilities included acting as a business partner for various group functions and leading significant HR projects such as campus recruitment and employee engagement surveys. Earlier experience includes a position at McKinsey & Company as a Recruiting and Administration Assistant. Shirley holds a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language from East China Normal University.
