You tell us Thick or Thin, the shape (Rectangle, Round or Square) and enter the exact size of your rug. We cut the pad 2" shorter on the length and width then add the two 1-inch perforations on the length and width. This is your insurance incase the label is incorrect or the rug is crooked, bowed, or just not quite perpendicular. Hint: this is about 90% of the time. Now for the best part, we don't fold and roll pads like the other guys. We loosely fold every pad and box your order. This process eliminates dreaded Oversized charges. Your order will be cut and shipped the same day we receive it. We use UPS and provide immediate tracking. Most orders arrive in 2 days (East Coast) or 3-to 4 days to the West Coast.
