Anastasiia Hrytsenko

Anastasiia Hrytsenko has extensive work experience in the field of recruiting and human resources. Anastasiia began their career in 2018 as a Restaurant Manager at Gorcafe 1654 (First Line Group). After that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at the same company. In 2020, they joined SmartHunt Consulting as a Recruiter. In 2021, they moved to Ciklum and worked as a Talent Sourcing Consultant. In 2022, they took on a part-time role as a Technical Recruiter at Upwork, providing assistance to IT companies. Currently, they are employed as a Recruitment Specialist at UnderDefense Cybersecurity.

Anastasiia Hrytsenko obtained a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics from 2017 to 2020.
