Daniel Bay

Daniel Bay is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Underdog Fantasy since September 2023, Daniel previously held the position of Vice President, Head of People at GOAT Group from September 2019 to September 2023, overseeing talent for a global community of over 50 million members. Prior to that, Daniel was Head of People Analytics at Uber, where a high-performing team was established to support significant organizational growth. Daniel's career at Google spanned from 2007 to 2014, with roles including HR Business Partner, Staffing Analyst, and Compensation Analyst. Daniel holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
