Justin Phan

Justin Phan is an accomplished sports professional with extensive experience in leadership and analytics. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Unabated Sports since August 2024, Justin also holds advisory and directorial roles at Underdog Fantasy, where involvement has been ongoing since October 2021. Prior to these positions, Justin was the Director of Betting Analytics at The Action Network from September 2017 to October 2021 and co-founded FantasyLabs, where the role of Managing Director was held from August 2015 until its acquisition by The Chernin Group in October 2021. Earlier in their career, Justin worked as Managing Editor at Basketball Monster, leading product development and significantly increasing revenue. Additionally, as an NBA Writer for Yahoo! from June 2010 to October 2012, Justin contributed to the Roto Arcade blog and hosted prominent interactive media platforms. Justin earned a BA in Communication and Journalism from Santa Clara University in 2010.
