Weston Jossey

Weston Jossey serves as Vice President of Software Engineering at Underdog Fantasy since January 2023 and is the Founder of Eager Labs, which has been active since May 2017. Jossey runs a free mentoring service for managers through Free Manager Mentor, founded in February 2019, and has conducted over 100 mentoring sessions internationally. Previous roles include Sr. Director of Engineering at GoodRx, where responsibilities included platform and infrastructure management, and advisory positions at companies such as Renaissance and Knowable. Jossey has extensive experience in engineering leadership, having managed large teams and significant projects at Tapjoy and earlier roles at Viximo Inc. and Vecna Technologies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Skidmore College and ongoing pursuit of a PhD in Computer Science at Northeastern University.
