Grace Jovanovic

Grace Jovanovic has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Her most recent role is Program & Operations Manager for Underground Cellar, a position they have held since 2021. In 2020, they were Sales Program Manager for Summit Capital Partners, where they led the improvement of organizational operations and workflow efficiency, managed the optimization of the sales lead generation processes, and created a CRM system. From 2016-2020, they were also Self-employed as a Private Tutor, where they developed strong oral and written communication skills and helped students with their homework and organizational and time management skills. In 2020, they were also Project Manager - Website, Social Media, & Marketing for Evergreen Recycling Inc., where they developed a website, wrote content, and optimized SEO and Google ranking. In 2019, they were Investment Research Analyst for Seattle Ventures, where they conducted market research and competitive landscape analysis for active angel and venture investors in the Seattle market. Additionally, in 2019, they were a Private Home Health Care Provider for a teen struggling with mental health stability. In 2018, they were an Undergraduate Researcher at Seattle University, where they conducted research on coffee farms in Vietnam. In 2017, they were a Project Intern for the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO), where they demonstrated strong cross-cultural communication skills in a business setting in Thailand. Finally, in 2016, they were VP of Sales for MotMot Coffee, where they established sales goals, led the legal transition of the company, and developed leadership and management skills.

Grace Jovanovic obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Environmental Studies from Seattle University between 2015 and 2019. In addition, they have obtained a Microsoft Excel 2013 Certification from Microsoft Office in June 2019, and is Lifeguard, CPR, AED, and First Aid Certified with the Red Cross Youth.
