Mike Hall

Mike Hall is an experienced professional in customer relationship management and marketing, currently serving as Head of CRM at Underground Ecom since August 2025. Previously, Mike held the position of Head of Retention at Medialab Group from August 2024 to August 2025 and served as VP of CRM at Jellyfish from December 2018 to September 2024, where responsibilities included leading the company’s global CRM initiatives and managing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud practice. Prior to this, Mike worked at American Express in various roles including Email Marketing Director and Email Marketing Analyst from August 2011 to October 2017, focusing on high-impact email campaigns across multiple markets. Earlier in his career, Mike gained experience as a KYC Analyst and Credit Specialist at Luxury-B Records. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from the University of Sussex and a Higher Diploma in Music from BIMM University.
