Chet Allen

Chet Allen is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and management. Chet has been serving as Regional Manager at Underground Solutions Inc since June 2002, specializing in trenchless rehabilitation and installation of potable water and wastewater infrastructure for municipal and industrial sectors. Prior to this role, Chet held the position of Global Manager - Sales and Technical Service at AGR International Inc from May 1986 to June 2002, overseeing sales and technical services for the European Glass Container market segment. Chet began their career as an Engineer Tech with the Department of Defense from May 1983 to May 1986. Chet holds an Associate of Science degree in Specialized Technology from Penn Technical Institute, where studies were completed from 1981 to 1983.
