Ryan Hammack

Ryan Hammack has a solid work experience in the technology industry. Ryan is currently employed as a Network Engineer at Underline since February 2022. Previously, they worked at Philips as a Field Services Engineer from January 2017 to July 2021. In this role, they provided technical support to customers on system hardware and software, medical or laboratory devices and equipment, and systems networking. Ryan diagnosed and resolved mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures. Before that, Ryan worked at IBM as a Service Desk Analyst from August 2016 to November 2016. Ryan responded to end user queries and helped manage the flow of incoming support requests.

Ryan Hammack attended the Cisco Networking Academy from 2014 to 2016. Ryan obtained a CCNA degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications during this time. In addition to their degree, Ryan also received certification as a Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) in April 2015, and later obtained certification as a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) in December 2015. Ryan further expanded their expertise by achieving certification as a Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA) in July 2018.
