Zhanna Slootsky

Zhanna Slootsky is currently the legal counsel at Undermyfork. Zhanna has previous experience working as an associate at Seneschal Neyman LLC from January 2011 to March 2016. There, they represented domestic and international companies on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Zhanna also drafted, negotiated, and managed a variety of agreements, such as shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, assets purchase agreements, technology transfer agreements, licensing agreements, software development agreements, NDA agreements, services agreements, consulting agreements, and employment agreements.

In addition to their work at Seneschal Neyman LLC, Zhanna has also advised companies on compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to data privacy and advertising. Zhanna has also represented clients in international and domestic mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments.

Most recently, Zhanna has been advising and representing film companies on all stages of production, including scripting, relationships with production team members, partners, and suppliers, production and post-production, distribution, marketing, and copyright issues.
