As Co-Founder of Underscore Group since October 2016, Joe has led initiatives combining consultancy and training with interim and recruitment services, focusing exclusively on HR. Joe's prior roles include Workday Functional Architect and Programme Manager at Aptia Group, leading global transformation programs at Marshall of Cambridge (Holdings) Ltd, and seven other significant positions involving Workday at organizations such as Wellcome Sanger Institute, Dyson, and Nuffield Health. Joe Ales holds a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Sussex.
