Nadi Filsoof is the Manager at Underscore Talent. Nadi has over a decade of experience in entertainment marketing and strategy.
Nadi started their career at Mattel, Inc. in May 2020 and quickly rose to the role of Influencer and Celebrity Partnerships Lead. In this role, Nadi was responsible for leading all entertainment, influencer, gaming, social, and digital partnerships for Hot Wheels, Matchbox, Disney and Pixar Cars, and MarioKart (Vehicles Portfolio).
During their time at Mattel, Nadi developed domestic and global digital strategies in order to drive brand awareness, affinity, consideration, conversion and measurable results across Mattel and their various brands. Nadi also worked cross-functionally with consumer products, brand teams, legal, standards & practices, media, licensing/franchise, experiential and events team driving new opportunities and growth.
Some of Nadi's notable accomplishments at Mattel include partnering with 8 Creators creating 21 YouTube Activations with a 158M Views over a 28 day period from Launch Date (a 100% increase in views from 2019), launching Roblox Open World Hot Wheels Content on Hot Wheels Channel and with Gaming Creator Partners, and launching Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Driving School (Fall) and Hot Wheels Ultimate Drive Thru Experience (Winter).
In addition to their work at Mattel, Nadi has also been active in philanthropy. They have connected influencer and celebrity partners with The Mattel Foundation for charitable opportunities and Holiday Toy Drives. Nadi has also activated experiential opportunities linking creators as driving force to build connection to our audience.
Nadi Filsoof's educational career began at Beverly Hills High School. Nadi then went on to earn their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Emory University.
