Dale Swords

Dale Swords is the Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer at Understanding Recruitment, where responsibilities include driving a customer-centric vision and enhancing customer experiences to foster long-term relationships. Dale also serves as a Founding Director, specializing in helping organizations secure specialized Technology and Digital talent. In June 2021, Dale co-founded Understanding Solutions, focusing on outcome-based consulting services in Architecture, Cloud, Data, and Software Development. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Consultant and Recruitment Consultant at Computer People, the UK's largest IT recruitment organization. Dale holds a BA (Hons) in Journalism from the University of Central Lancashire.
