Lisa Booth - Assoc Cipd

Lisa Booth, Assoc CIPD, has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as Head of HR at Understanding Recruitment since January 2017, where previous roles included HR Manager and Compliance Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Resourcer at Levy Associates, specializing in IT recruitment for various sectors, as well as a Team Leader at Mitchells and Butlers, where training and team motivation were key responsibilities. Lisa began their career in customer-facing roles, including Bar Staff and Sales Assistant. Academically, Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Hertfordshire and has completed high school education at The Coopers Company and Coborn Sixth Form, as well as Hall Mead School.
