Matthew Ferdenzi currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Acceler8 Talent, having transitioned from Understanding Recruitment Inc after its rebranding. With experience in recruitment, Matthew leads the American division in Boston, focusing on opportunities in Machine Learning. Additionally, Matthew holds the position of Head of Recruitment Partnership at Inflection AI, where a partnership aims to build a new team for enterprise-level solutions. Prior to recruitment, Matthew had a successful career in acting, achieving international recognition for physical theatre and performances at notable festivals. Matthew holds a BA Hons in Performing Arts from Bath Spa University.
