James Davies

James Davies has worked in the real estate industry since 1999. James began their career as an Assistant Solicitor at K & L Gates LLP, and then moved to Norton Rose as an Associate in 2005. In 2007, they joined S J Berwin LLP as an Associate, where they assisted with the commercial real estate aspects of acquisitions and disposals by property investment funds. In 2008, they moved to Bond Pearce LLP as an Associate, and then to K & L Gates LLP as a Real Estate Assistant in 2010. In 2011, they joined Ernst & Young as an Executive in Real Estate Corporate Finance, and then moved to CVS Solicitors LLP as a Partner in 2013. James also became an Owner Principal at Tenterfield Properties in 2015, and a Senior Associate at Edwin Coe in the same year. Also in 2015, they became a Non Executive Director at UnderTheDoormat, a London based sharing economy start-up.

James Davies received their MSc Real Estate (Distinction) from Cass Business School in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Law degree (2.1) from Newcastle University between 1995 and 1998. James also attended Winchester College from 1989 to 1994.
