Keith McClintock

VP Midwest Operations at Underwater Construction Corporation

Mr. McClintock, a College of Oceaneering – San Pedro California graduate, joined UCC in 1981 after attending Technical Training School in Pittsburgh, PA, for certified welding. His welding experience from 1974 to 1981 assisted UCC in pioneering their proceduralized Underwater Welding Program. From 1981 to 1985, he specialized in the management of turnkey inspection and restoration programs for nuclear power, fossil fuel, and hydroelectric plants.

From 1985 to 1994 Mr. McClintock was a Project Manager working on various marine construction, nuclear diving, and underwater welding projects both in the US and internationally. He developed, implemented, and taught several training programs for foreign internationals and acted as a Technical Representative for UCC. Mr. McClintock has been the Midwest Regional Manager since 1995, overseeing the Michigan and Wisconsin offices and the division’s 85+ employees. He is the team leader for all Midwest business management including managing an extensive maintenance program for marine construction vessels and equipment.

Under Mr. McClintock’s direction, the Midwest division has undergone growth and strategic expansion over the past 9 years. 2010 marked the opening of a second Midwest office in Wisconsin thereby increasing UCC’s foothold in the region. In 2014 Seaview Diving Contractors of Green Bay, WI was purchased, followed only shortly thereafter by two more acquisitions in 2015, including Seabrex Marine Inc. (Stevensville, Ml) and Great Lakes Diving Co. (Grand Rapids, Ml). The Midwest Division’s impressive customer base and expansive service area make it the largest commercial diving company in the Midwest Region.
