Devon Smith Pe

Devon Smith, PE is a seasoned project manager and senior project engineer at Underwood Engineers Inc since March 2019, following a successful tenure as a civil engineer at the NYC Department of Environmental Protection from June 2013 to February 2019. Prior to these roles, Devon served as a surveying assistant at Topo Tech Septic Design in the summer of 2012. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, obtained in 2013.
