Eugene Forbes

Eugene Forbes is a seasoned professional in the environmental engineering field with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Leader at Underwood Engineers Inc since May 2019, Eugene previously held the position of Director of the Water Division at the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services from June 2014 to June 2018. Eugene's career also includes a long tenure at Hoyle, Tanner & Associates, Inc., where Eugene was Senior Vice President and Director of Environmental Services until August 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from New Hampshire College, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (MSCE) from the University of New Hampshire, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from the University of Connecticut.
