James Tait

James Tait currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of UnderwriteMe, a B2B InsurTech firm operating globally across 12 countries, and is a founding member of its Board of Directors. Prior to this, James held significant roles at Pacific Life Re, including Head of Protection for Europe, overseeing a large team across various functions, and Head of Protection Marketing, where strong client relationships were fostered. James also contributed to Ageas Protect as the Head of Pricing & Reinsurance and as a Business Development Actuary, playing a key role in launching new products. Earlier career experiences include positions at Munich Re as a New Business Development Actuary and at Legal & General as an Actuarial Analyst. James earned a Master's Degree in Physics with Astrophysics from King's College London.
