Michal Szczerbinski (Mike)

Michal (Mike) Szczerbinski is an experienced software delivery manager currently working at UnderwriteMe since September 2018, where responsibilities include collaboration with the Protection Platform Leadership team on various internal and external projects. Since January 2016, Mike has also served as a board observer at Grupa Partner, providing pro bono assistance to Polish entrepreneurs and scouting for investment opportunities. Previously, Mike held several roles at Rentokil Initial from September 2012 to August 2018, including IT Project Manager and Scrum Master, where notable contributions included leading Scrum teams in mobile application development and implementing automated data transfer solutions.
