Brando Ceratto

Brando Ceratto is an experienced professional specializing in leadership development and project management within international organizations. Currently serving as a Leadership Development and Learning Analyst at UNDP since January 2020, Brando manages the Formation Journey Programme for UN Young Talents, encompassing seven distinct projects. Previously, at the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC) from September 2015 to January 2020, Brando held multiple roles including Associate Consultant and project manager, where responsibilities included donor relationship management and the facilitation of capacity-building programs for young leaders. An academic background in International Relations is complemented by degrees from Sciences Po Bordeaux and Università degli Studi di Torino, along with additional coursework in conflict resolution. Early experience includes internships with UNDP and International IDEA, focusing on partnerships, reporting, and monitoring of development initiatives.
