Brian Lutz

Brian Lutz is a seasoned policy specialist with extensive experience at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) since 2010, focusing on human development issues such as inequality, climate change, and democratic governance. Lutz has held key roles, including Policy Specialist in the Human Development Report Office and Policy Lead in the Executive Office, contributing to areas like Ebola recovery and speech writing. Previously, Lutz has worked as a consultant for First Solar, conducting market analysis in the Middle East, and as an associate at McKinsey & Company, specializing in performance transformation. Lutz holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Environmental Change & Management from the University of Oxford, a Master of Science in Epidemiology from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Biology from Indiana University East and Arizona State University, respectively.
