Celine Deon Palmer has a diverse background in international development and project management, currently serving as a Regional Programme Analyst at UNDP since September 2024, following a tenure as a Sahel Intern in early 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Fundraising Manager at Womenful Voice and positions at the Frederick S. Pardee Center for International Futures, where Celine contributed as a Project Lead and Research Aide. Additional experience consists of research assistance at the Kayani Project, a Nathanson Fellowship at The Aspen Institute, and various support roles at Hillsborough Education Foundation and Saint Leo University, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills throughout academic and professional endeavors. Celine holds a Master of Arts in Development Economics and International Development from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Saint Leo University.
