Fall El Hadji is currently a Strategic Advisor at the Regional Bureau for Africa at UNDP. Previously, they served as an Economics Advisor and Head of the Policy and Strategy Unit at UNDP Madagascar and Comoros from 2016 to 2021, and as a Senior Economist at UNDP from 2012 to 2016. Fall also has academic experience as an Associate Lecturer at Université Panthéon Assas and as a Research Assistant Lecturer at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. They began their career as a Researcher at Wageningen University & Research from 2006 to 2008. Fall is pursuing a PhD at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
