Gcinile Ndzinisa

Gcinile Ndzinisa is a Programme Analyst for the Climate Change & Environment Portfolio at UNDP since February 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager for the Global Biodiversity Framework Early Action Support Project at the Eswatini National Trust Commission and holding a position on the Board of Trustees at the Eswatini Environment Fund. Additional roles include Administration Assistant at Bhetha Consultancy, Senior Consultant at MK Public Affairs Inc, Secretary General of the Board of Directors at The Institute of Waste Management of Eswatini, and Research Consultant at Siyembili Consulting and Business Services. Earlier experience includes working as a Project Data Scientist with the Ministry of Tourism and Environmental Affairs. Gcinile Ndzinisa holds a Master of Science in Conservation Ecology from the University of Eswatini and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and Chemistry from the University of Swaziland, complemented by a short course in Leadership in Civic Engagement from The University of Georgia.
