Jorge Baglietto

Jorge Baglietto is a seasoned Human Resources and Change Management Consultant with extensive experience within the United Nations system. Currently serving UNDP since February 2011, Jorge has played a pivotal role in the implementation of Human Resources Change Management Processes across more than 44 Country Offices, particularly in Latin America and the Caribbean. Previous roles include serving as a Reorganization Consultant at UNFPA from January 2008 to February 2011, managing the Regionalization Project for LACRO, and a similar position at UNDP from April 2002 to December 2010, providing technical support for various departments during organizational change. Jorge's foundational expertise began at the United Nations from January 1981 to May 2007, working as a Human Resources Consultant and Programme Associate Officer. Jorge holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Universidad de Lima, completed in 1980.
