Manuel Fernandez

Manuel Fernandez possesses extensive experience in portfolio management and operations within the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) since 2009. As a Portfolio Resources Manager, Manuel has played a crucial role in the strategic direction of IT Service Delivery and has led compliance efforts for ISO certifications. Previous positions include Operations Manager and Manager of the CO HR & Payroll unit, where responsibilities encompassed resource management and overseeing payroll services for over 30,000 staff globally. Manuel began his career at UNDP Dominican Republic in various roles, including Operations Manager and ICT Consultant. Academically, Manuel holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from American University and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra.
