Miguel Trim is an experienced professional with a strong background in social transformation, community development, and crime data analysis. Currently serving as a Trafficking in Persons (TIP) Analyst and Deputy Team Leader for CariSECURE at UNDP since February 2018, Miguel has successfully engaged stakeholders, secured governmental endorsements, and led initiatives for data-driven decision-making in citizen security. Prior experience includes roles as a Social Transformation Officer and Local Economic Development Officer, where Miguel facilitated community organization, managed youth programs, and coordinated economic development strategies. Education includes a Master's in Media and International Development from the University of East Anglia and a Bachelor's in Psychology with Human Resource Management from the University of the West Indies.
