Milica Begovic

Milica Begovic, PhD, currently serves as the Head of Strategic Innovation at the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) since January 2014, progressing through various roles including Global Innovation Adviser and Innovation Specialist for Europe and CIS. Previous positions include Economy and Environment Program Analyst and Knowledge and Innovation Specialist at UNDP Montenegro, along with short-term assignments focused on sustainable tourism development and conflict prevention in Kyrgyzstan. Milica's early career involved significant roles at the UNDP's Regional Centre and as a Programme Analyst for OSCE. Milica holds a PhD in International Relations, a Master’s in Political Science, and a Bachelor’s in Communication and ICT from the University of Alabama.
