Nera Monir Divan

Nera Monir Divan is a Gender and Inclusion Advisor at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), where they have worked since 2002 and currently serve as the Head of the Regional Cooperation Council eSEE Initiative Secretariat. With extensive expertise in program development and policy dialogue, Nera has successfully led research teams and authored numerous papers while focusing on sustainable socio-economic development, gender, and ICT empowerment strategies. They also hold a PhD in employing ICT-driven innovation for marginalized communities and a Master's degree in the gender dimension of information and communication technologies from the University of Sarajevo. Throughout their career, Nera has built a robust professional network and demonstrated strong skills in negotiation and communication.
