Owen Edwards is a seasoned professional in results-based management and strategic planning with extensive experience in international development. Currently serving as a Policy Specialist at UNDP since September 2016, Owen Edwards leads the design and implementation of monitoring and reporting systems and strengthens organizational capacities in results management. Previously, Owen Edwards held various roles at DAI, including M&E Manager for the Land Investment for Transformation Programme, where a comprehensive M&E framework was developed.
