Tiffany Sprague

Tiffany Sprague is an experienced professional specializing in women's economic empowerment and international development, with a focus on STEM and capacity-building initiatives. Currently serving as the Just Transition and STEM4ALL Platform Specialist at UNDP, Tiffany coordinates regional studies on women in STEM and promotes economic empowerment in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. As a consultant with WAKE, Tiffany has led international initiatives aimed at strengthening local NGOs through targeted trainings in Vilnius and Phnom Penh. Previous leadership roles include Director of Operations at Catalystas Consulting and co-founder of Scientific Adventures for Girls, where Tiffany fostered organizational growth and strategic partnerships. With a solid educational background in Russian and Post-Soviet Studies from The London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian and Eurasian Studies from Mount Holyoke College, Tiffany has a comprehensive understanding of global issues and cross-cultural collaboration.
