Valerie Ndou

Valerie Ndou is a Leadership Development Specialist at UNDP since June 2023, focusing on aligning learning priorities with the UNDP People for 2030 Strategy and executing the Leaders for 2030 program. Previously, Valerie served as Executive of Learning, Talent, and Performance Management at BCX and worked as a Learning & Leadership Consultant at Fhatuella Strategic Solutions, providing corporate consulting in these areas. Additionally, Valerie has experience as a lecturer in Strategic Management and Human Resources Management at Monash South Africa and as an Organisational Development Partner and Facilitator for Fhatuella Strategic Solutions. Valerie held key roles at MERSETA, including overseeing Corporate Services and managing Strategy & Compliance, and was involved in Training & Development at Anglo Research. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, a BCom Honours in Human Resources Development from the University of Johannesburg, a Master of Science in Environmental Chemistry from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Chemistry from Rhodes University.
