Jen Pelka

Jen Pelka has been an active member of the business world since 2008. Jen started their career as the Director of Competition and Events for Bocuse d'Or USA, where they worked with the Board of Directors to secure over $1MM in sponsorship support. Jen then went on to co-found the popular blog Gastronomista.com in 2009 and served as the Managing Editor of Gilt Taste at Gilt Groupe in 2011. In 2012, they became the Food & Beverage Evangelist at Tumblr, and in 2013, they took on the role of Director of Restaurant Marketing and Senior Manager, Restaurant Marketing at OpenTable. In 2016, they founded and became the CEO of The Riddler, a Champagne bar with locations in San Francisco and New York. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder & CEO of Une Femme Wines and a Member of Chief, a private network built to drive more women into positions of power and keep them there. Most recently, in 2021, they became an Angel Investor & Advisor for Hey Ladies.

Jen Pelka attended Stanford University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a BA in Philosophy of Science. Jen also studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2002 to 2003, also in the field of Philosophy of Science. No additional certifications have been reported.
