Matt Mitchell is an experienced professional with a background in data management and coalition building, currently serving as Atlas Manager and Digital Coordinator at Unearth since February 2020. Prior to this role, Matt worked as a Freelance Data and Coalition Building specialist and held the position of Deputy Data Director at the California Republican Party, where responsibilities included implementing voter behavior systems and conducting data quality control. Additional experience includes serving as a Wholesale Registration Analyst at Caliber Home Loans, Inc., and a Loan Servicing Agent at the California Housing Finance Agency. Early career roles include Regional Political Director at Changing Opinions Strategies and a Global Market Analyst Intern at Merrill Lynch. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Gettysburg College.
