Deborah F.

Deborah F. began their career in 2008 as a PMO Manager at the London Borough of Hackney, where they provided a structured framework with clearly defined processes to help the Transformation projects progress and interact efficiently. In 2009, they moved to the National Skills Academy for Sport and Active Leisure as a Programme Manager, where they managed the Future Jobs Fund Project for the Department for Work and Pensions. In 2011, Deborah became a Project Manager at Venda, and in 2012, they joined Viridian Housing as a Project Manager, where they scoped and launched a two-year package of projects to pilot innovative ways of working. In 2016, Deborah returned to the Government Digital Service as a Programme Manager and Delivery Manager, where they established the foundation of the Service Design and Standards programme and worked with GOV. UK’s custom formats publishing team. In 2018, Deborah joined Cloudflare, Inc. as a Programme Delivery Manager and Ministry of Justice UK as a Senior Project Manager. In 2019, they became Assistant Director of Transformation Delivery at Homes England, and in 2021, they returned to the Government Digital Service as Head of Delivery. Currently, Deborah is the VP of Services and Strategic Ops at UneeQ, where they are working to bring human emotional connection to the digital experience.

Deborah F. graduated from The University of Manchester in 2004 with a 2:1 degree in Politics and History. Deborah also holds a certification in BM Managing Benefits from APMG-International.
