Ahmad Qazi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in evaluation, monitoring, and project management. Currently serving as the Lead on regional evaluation function at UNESCO since November 2024, Ahmad oversees operations across six regional offices in the Asia Pacific. Previously, Ahmad worked as a Development Advisor focused on monitoring evaluations and private sector development for the European Union in Pakistan from January 2024 to January 2025. Ahmad also held the position of Project Officer at the International Labour Organization from November 2018 to January 2024, where the role centered on designing and managing monitoring and evaluation strategies for international labour standards in SMEs in Pakistan. Other notable positions include Lead Facilitator at the British Council and Reporting Officer at UNDP. Ahmad holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the Institute of Management Sciences in Peshawar and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Economics from Sciences Peshawar.
