Chernor Bah is a prominent leader in the field of education and human rights, serving as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Purposeful since March 2017, with a mission to empower girls worldwide. Chernor holds various significant roles, including Member of the International Jury of the GWEPrize at UNESCO and Chair of the Board of Directors at the Auradicals Foundation for Democracy and Human Rights. As Chairperson of the Youth Advocacy Group for the Global Education First Initiative, Chernor inspires youth to advocate for education. Previous positions include advisory roles at UNICEF and the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies and co-founding A World At School. Chernor's early career included a brand management role at the Nike Foundation and a fellow role at Catholic Relief Services, where valuable educational resources for peace were developed. Chernor Bah holds a Master’s degree in International Peace Studies from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics/Sociology from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone.
