Deborah Tal

Deborah Tal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at UNESCO since January 1994, currently serving as Chief of the Functional Application Management Unit within the ERP Competence Center. Previously, Deborah worked as a Project Manager specializing in SAP for Public Sector Management and Project Systems. Prior to joining UNESCO, Deborah was a Computer Analyst at The Zinman College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences in Israel from December 1990 to December 1993. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from The American University of Paris (2009-2011), a diploma in Structured Programming in COBOL from SIVAN Computer School in Tel Aviv (1983-1984), and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tel Aviv University (1981-1984).
