Dov Lynch

Dov Lynch is an experienced professional in international relations and diplomacy, currently serving as the Director of External Relations at UNESCO since October 2010. Prior to this role, Dov held positions such as Senior Officer in the Office of the Director-General at UNESCO, Senior Advisor in the Office of the Secretary General at OSCE, and Senior Research Fellow at the European Union Institute for Security Studies. Dov has also worked as a tenured Lecturer in War Studies at King's College London and as a Temporary University Lecturer in International Relations at the University of Oxford. Dov's academic background includes a D.Phil and an M.Phil in International Relations and Russian and East European Studies from the University of Oxford, and a BA in Soviet and East European Studies from Yale University.
