Eliot Minchenberg

Eliot Minchenberg currently serves as the Director of the New York Office at UNESCO and has held multiple significant roles within the organization, including Chief of Relations with the United Nations and International Organizations, as well as Chief of Relations with Europe and North America. Eliot's professional background includes experience as an Advisor at the Permanent Delegation of Israel to UNESCO, and academic qualifications consist of a Master’s degree in Law from Université Paris-Sorbonne and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences and International Relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
