Jack McNeill is an experienced communications and project management professional with a strong background in education and international relations. Currently serving as an Associate Project Officer at UNESCO since March 2021, McNeill coordinates advocacy and communication activities for the International Task Force on Teachers for Education 2030 and has contributed significantly to the Futures of Education report. Previously, McNeill worked at OECD in various project coordinator roles, managing teams and organizing events within the Environment Directorate and the Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities. Prior experience includes market research and public relations roles at the British Embassy in Paris, along with teaching positions in English. Jack McNeill holds a Master of Arts in French from The University of Edinburgh.
