Kamal Zahira

Kamal Zahira serves as the Director at UNESCO and has been the Director of the Palestinian Women Research and Documentation Center since April 2006. Prior to these roles, Zahira was the Chair of the Board of Directors at the Women's Affairs Technical Committee in Palestine from 1991 to 1995. Zahira's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science and diplomas in Education, Physics, Chemistry, and Higher Education from institutions such as Ein Shams University in Cairo, Jordanian University, and Leicester University.
