Joe Turner

Joe Turner is an accomplished professional in the construction and housing sector, currently serving as Managing Director at Persimmon Homes since July 2025. Previously, Joe held the same title at Vistry Group from January 2024 to July 2025 and at Countryside from March 2018 to March 2024, where Joe also served as Interim Managing Director and Development Director. Joe's career began at Taylor Wimpey as an Engineer from August 2002 to February 2012, followed by a position as Senior Engineer at RPS Group from February 2012 to July 2012. Joe progressed to Head of Technical at Persimmon Homes & Charles Church South Midlands from July 2012 to March 2018. Joe holds an HNC in Civil Engineering from the University of Wolverhampton, where education was completed in 2004.
