Nour El Houda Mejhed Chaoui

Nour el houda Mejhed Chaoui serves as the Director of the Digitalization Pole at Ibn Tofaïl University in Kénitra and is a Professor of Higher Education. Nour el houda holds the position of Senior Editor at Emerald Publishing for the Journal of Applied Research in Higher Education and serves on its Editorial Advisory Board. As an IPL expert for the UNESCO Inclusive Policy Lab, Nour el houda specializes in communication, ICTs, e-governance, economic policy, and education. Additionally, Nour el houda is the Country Director for Morocco at the International HETL Association, emphasizing global networking, research, and sustainable development in higher education. Previous roles include Head of the Department of Data Science and Communication Systems at the National School of Applied Sciences and various academic positions at Université Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah.
