Sarah Zein is a dedicated advocate for gender equality and youth empowerment, serving as the Co-Founder of Yalla let's Bike since April 2014, where efforts focus on promoting cycling as an eco-friendly transport option while addressing inequality and reducing sexual harassment. Zein has been a Fellow at Women Deliver since January 2018, participating in a program that enhances youth advocates' capabilities in advancing health, rights, and well-being for girls and women, particularly concerning sexual and reproductive health and rights. Additionally, as a member of the UNESCO ESD Youth Network since August 2017, Zein works to empower youth as active contributors to community development. Previous roles include Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at UNDP and Life Skills Coach at UNHCR, focusing on supporting adolescent girls in crisis situations. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature and ongoing studies in English-Arabic Translation at Damascus University.
